Dissolved Oxygen
DO is the amount of dissolved oxygen in a specific quantity of water. Measuring DO accurately is essential in aquaculture, wastewater treatment and other industrial processes.
In fish farming operations, the plant operators must maintain a sufficient level of dissolved oxygen DO in the water to promote the healthy growth of fish. While in wastewater treatment, dissolved oxygen DO supports the growth of bacteria helpful in the treatment of waste in aeration basins.
ECD’s Triton® DO80 Dissolved Oxygen Analyzer System is a highly reliable monitoring solution for DO that features a state-of-the-art fluorescence quenching (FQ) sensing element combined with an advanced highly intelligent digital controller. Offering top measurement accuracy, the Triton DO80 Sensor features a maximum error rate of less than 2 percent, repeatability of ±0.5 percent and resolution of 0.01 ppm or 0.01 percent saturation. It operates over a wide measurement range with three different outputs from 0 to 20 mg/l (0-20 ppm), 0-200 percent saturation or 0-500 hPa (0-6 psi).
ECD’s TRITON® DO90 ppb Dissolved Oxygen Analyzer is designed to measure trace levels of dissolve oxygen in water, specifically boiler feed water. This three electrode amperometric sensor is a digital sensor with an integral polarization voltage optimization circuit that provides linear output over an extended measurement range. The TRITON DO90’s measurement range is 0.001 to 20.00 mg/L with a resolution of 0.001 mg/L. A flow cell with 316 SS wetted parts is designed for boiler water application provides easy installation and access to the TRITON DO90.
ECD manufactures a complete line of dissolved oxygen DO electrodes, dissolved oxen DO sensors, dissolved oxygen DO meters, dissolved oxygen DO controllers, dissolved oxygen DO analyzers and dissolved oxygen DO meters.
